UB-Tsinghua Art Exchange Featured in UB Now

UB Now, the University at Buffalo’s daily online news source about the university community, recently featured a story about an academic and creative exchange between MFA students at UB and Tsinghua University. This biennial exchange is led by UB Professor of Art Millie Chen.

The students have been working on collaborative projects since May 2018, when six UB MFA students from the Department of Art traveled to Beijing for a two-week residency at Tsinghua University’s Academy of Arts & Design. At the beginning of fall semester, six Tsinghua students are in residence at UB to complete their projects and participate in an academic symposium and art exhibition.
